The basis for trust

A new mill, an old trade. Here is what holds up.

International buyers vet a mill before they enquire. We publish what most mills hide: construction, weight, width, minimums and lead time.

  • Vertically integrated

Yarn, our own sizing plant and our own looms on one campus. Shade, GSM and hand hold from lot to lot.

  • Made to your specification

Nothing off a stock list. Construction, weight and width set to your number, signed off on a lab dip before bulk.

  • Wide-width to 140 inches

Most mills stop at 63–98 inches. Wide panels for bedding, tents, upholstery and scenic cloth come off without a seam.

  • Low minimums, fast turnaround

100 m greige, no per-colour minimum, no container commitment. Greige in about 2 days.

The sizing plant — warp yarn is strengthened and dried in-house before it ever reaches a loom. One campus, fewer handoffs.

What is genuinely ours

The building and the floor, unretouched.

The process shots elsewhere on this site are illustrations. Everything below is us: filmed on a phone this month, and the mill as it stands today. No reference list yet — this is what we show instead.
