Minimums, width, lead time and terms.
What is the minimum order quantity?
100 metres for greige (loom-state) fabric, with no per-colour minimum and no container commitment. For dyed or printed fabric the minimum is 1,000 metres per colour. This is well below the 500-metre-plus minimums most Indian mills quote.
How wide can you weave?
Up to 140 inches (about 356 cm) on our wide looms. Most mills stop at 63–98 inches, so wide panels for bedding, tents, upholstery and scenic cloth come off our looms without a centre seam.
How long does production take?
About 2 days for greige fabric once the specification is confirmed, and about 2 weeks for dyed or printed fabric including lab-dip approval. Sea transit to your port is additional.
Which fabrics do you weave?
Cotton duck and canvas are the core focus, plus drill, twill, sheeting, wide-width cotton, greige and RFD base cloth, dyed and printed cotton, organic and recycled cotton, numbered (army) duck, linen and cotton-linen blend.
Do you export, and on what terms?
Yes, worldwide. FOB Mundra or Nhava Sheva as standard, or CIF to your destination port. Payment is staged: 10% on order, 15% at production start, 50% on passing QC, 25% on dispatch — so only 10% is at risk before production.
Are you certified?
OEKO-TEX and GOTS are applied for and in progress as of September 2026, not yet granted. Organic cotton is available now. We share dated certification progress on request.
